Hello! And welcome to the personal webpage of Rick Scheibner. For the record, I'm using a What You See Is What You Get online web page editor called "Page Creator" by Google. Hardly an original idea (GeoCities, anyone?), but it does have some more modern layout styles and uses CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) to achieve that layout. It's pretty nifty as online web editors go.
About Me
Not much to say here. I live in Pendleton, Oregon, and I'm employed by the Hermiston School District (Hermiston, OR) as an elementary school counselor. I'm an Oregon State University alum, twice now. I have two boys who are 14 and 10 this year (2006). My avocational interests include web design and anything else the boys and I can get interested in.
I am also working on my Oregon Initial School Administrator's license through Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Yep, I'm going to be somebody's principal some day. I also attend the Pendleton Faith Center church, which is affiliated with the Foursquare denomination. I play piano/keys in the worship band there and am somewhat actively involved in the men's ministry.
I hold some non-traditional, unique perspectives on just about everything, especially Christianity and my profession. As I go along, I will likely utilize these pages to articulate those viewpoints.
